Fun Climbing

• Need to be accompanied by their legal guardian.
• Proper sport clothings that does not restrict movement

All climbing equipment will be provided for the participant.

The amount paid is not refundable.

1. Assumption of Risk: The participant acknowledges that sports climbing inherently involve a risk of physical injury, including severe injury or death. The participant agrees to assume all such risks and will not hold the climbing academy responsible for any injuries sustained while participating in activities at the facility.
2. Safety Protocols: Participants must follow all safety rules and instructions provided by the climbing academy staff. This includes proper use of equipment, adherence to spotting techniques, and remaining within designated climbing areas. Failure to follow safety protocols may result in suspension or termination of climbing privileges.
3. Minors: Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver form. Minors must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times while on the premises.
4. Dress Code: Appropriate Proper sport clothings that does not restrict movement is required. The climbing academy reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not properly dressed for the activity.
5. Guest Passes: Each booking allows only one member. Guests must sign a waiver and adhere to all rules and regulations.
6. Damages: Participants will be held financially responsible for any damage they cause to the climbing walls, equipment, or other property of the climbing academy.
7. Photo/Video Release: The participant grants permission for the climbing academy to use any photographs, recordings, or other media of the participant for promotional purposes.

3. القصر: يجب على المشاركين الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 18 عامًا أن يوقّع ولي أمرهم أو الوصي القانوني على نموذج التنازل. يجب مرافقة القصر وإشرافهم من قبل بالغ في جميع الأوقات أثناء وجودهم في المرفق.
4. قواعد اللباس: تُطلب ملابس رياضية مناسبة. تحتفظ أكاديمية التسلق بالحق في رفض الدخول لأي شخص لا يرتدي الملابس المناسبة للنشاط.
5. تذاكر الضيوف:كل حجز يسمح لعضو واحد بالدخول. يجب على الضيوف التوقيع على نموذج تنازل والالتزام بجميع القواعد واللوائح.
6. الأضرار: سيكون المشاركون مسؤولين ماليًا عن أي ضرر يسببونه لجدران التسلق أو المعدات أو أي ممتلكات أخرى لأكاديمية التسلق.
7. إصدار الصور والفيديو: يمنح المشارك الإذن لأكاديمية التسلق لاستخدام أي صور أو تسجيلات أو وسائط أخرى للمشارك لأغراض ترويجية.
